Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August, 2026
Pace & Physio aims to communicate pricing, billing, and cancellation expectations clearly before coaching begins.
Coaching Commitments
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, 1:1 coaching requires a minimum initial commitment of three months.
Your specific package, monthly fee, billing date, and included services will be stated in your signed Coaching Agreement.
Billing
Coaching fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through the payment method authorized by the client. The client is responsible for keeping payment information current.
Cancellation
To cancel coaching after the initial commitment period, submit written notice by email to paceandphysio@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next requested cancellation date.
Cancellation requests are effective only when confirmed in writing by Pace & Physio.
Refunds
Because coaching involves reserved capacity, personalized planning, coaching time, and immediate access to services and resources:
Fees already paid are generally nonrefundable.
No refunds are provided for unused weeks, missed workouts, missed calls, vacations, illness, schedule changes, race cancellation, or a client’s decision not to use coaching services.
Pace & Physio may consider exceptions when required by law or in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
Coach-Initiated Cancellation
Pace & Physio may pause, modify, or end services when continued coaching is not appropriate, when a client fails to follow agreements or safety instructions, when payment is overdue, or for other legitimate business, ethical, or safety reasons. If Pace & Physio ends services before the end of a prepaid period for reasons other than client breach, the parties will discuss an appropriate prorated resolution where appropriate.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, clients agree to contact Pace & Physio at paceandphysio@gmail.com to attempt good-faith resolution.
Emergency and Medical Care
Coaching fees do not include medical evaluation, physical therapy, emergency services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
